The purpose of the property management solution service is to control private spaces (rooms for rent, holiday homes, apartments for rent, storage areas for boats and cars, leased shops of all kinds) and public spaces, such as public service buildings, state and public buildings, properties leased to individuals or corporations, and any other place that the owner will indicate to us.

We do not replace any type of private security or public state security. Our responsibility is to control the space externally and internally and only concerning any damages caused by weather conditions, unforeseeable factors, natural disasters, or inappropriate use by the tenants or the people who use and exploit the space.

We provide a live inspection (LIVE) to the owner or the prospective tenant, replacing the physical presence with high and absolutely safe technology.

Regarding the damages that will be recorded during the procedural control, which can be live and stored on a computer hard disk or in a cloud format, the owner or the tenant can inform the property management solution service if they want the service to take over the restoration of the damages, with the appropriate cooperation of respective workshops that the service collaborates, and with the corresponding cost that will arise.

Regarding the services offered, we have special electronic key storage lockers, high-definition cameras in the company’s cars, vehicle track control via GPS as well as the use of a body camera to check the property in a live connection. The above are mandatory and operated by certified employees of the property management solution service. The cameras control the entire route to the control area until the end of the process.
